Overview
The HR Executive plays a vital role in supporting the HR department in various HR functions. They are responsible for implementing HR policies procedures and programs and they work closely with the HR team to facilitate daily HR activities and assist employees with their HR queries. The HR Executive contributes to maintaining a positive work environment and supports the HR team in achieving organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes from job postings to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process
- Support in maintaining employee records and managing HR documents
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR matters
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes including appraisals and performance reviews
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Assist in organizing HR events and activities
- Support in maintaining HR databases and systems
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems and records
Required qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive HR Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of HR functions processes and best practices
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- HR certification such as SHRMCP or PHR is a plus
- Experience in handling HR software and tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of performance management processes
