We are hiring for Branch HR Lead one of our UK based MNC who they are into facility and Security industry.
Responsibilities
Job Introduction:
Lead the delivery of HR services for direct employees at the Branch. Ensure the development and retention of the right talent to support business objectives address employee grievances ensure statutory compliance alongside ER team and implement employeerelated initiatives for an optimal employee experience aligned with G4S values.
Job Responsibilities:
Note:The candidate should have experience in managing more than 1000 workers primarily bluecollar employees within a branch.
Proficiency in payroll management and statutory compliance is essential.
HR Business Partnering:
Develop and execute HR plans and budgets for the branch in alignment with business and Hub HR strategies.
Monitor HR activities for direct employees in accordance with defined processes and guidelines.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Monitor recruitment activities to ensure adequate staffing levels as per the plan.
Track joining and induction processes for direct staff ensuring deployment as per business requirements.
Employee Data Management:
Manage personal files and ensure timely updates of employee information on ERP systems.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training processes and ensure compliance with training needs and statutory requirements.
Performance Management:
Ensure timely completion of Performance Development Reviews (PDR) for all indirect staff at the branch.
Payroll and Metrics:
Oversee payroll processing and prepare HR metric dashboards as required by Branch Hub and Head Office.
Employee Assistance and Grievance Handling:
Address employee grievances and provide necessary assistance.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to HR functions.
Health & Safety:
Promote and enforce health and safety measures in the workplace.
The Ideal Candidate.
Qualifications:
Minimum: Graduation diploma or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Desired: MBA/Masters degree or equivalent preferably with HR specialization.
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 57 years of experience in HR generalist roles within the relevant industry.
Experience managing HR for a large team of direct manpower is highly preferred.
Skills:
Ability to navigate organizational dynamics and handle conflicting situations effectively.
