Job Description

Client Coordinator Tourism Industry Thoraipakkam
Job Description:
The Client Coordinator plays a pivotal role as the main point of contact for clients in the Tourism Industry. This individual is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction managing relationships and contributing to the overall success of the company. Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services to clients.
  • Managing client accounts including maintaining client records and handling contract renewals.
  • Providing support to clients offering guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Coordinating client meetings and events including scheduling and preparing materials.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication and feedback gathering.
  • Assisting in resolving client issues and escalating as needed.
  • Monitoring and tracking client interactions and outcomes using CRM systems.
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify client needs and market trends.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
  • Preparing regular reports on client activity satisfaction and performance.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of client service strategies and initiatives.
  • Participating in client presentations and proposals.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in client management.

Required qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a clientfacing role or customer service position.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detailoriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve client management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating workloads and client demands.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.

Work Location:
Thoraipakkam Chennai.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
