German Speaking Customer Service Agent

• Serve as the primary contact for airline customers via phone in German and English
• Assist with reservations cancellations online checkin and policy guidance
• Register conversation details in a dedicated system
• Provide timely and friendly resolution to customer inquiries maintaining high speed and quality to meet KPIs

• Fluent in German (B2) and English (B2)
• Willingness to relocate to or currently residing in Czech Republic
• Good computer skills
• Optimistic friendly positive stressresilient and serviceoriented
• Ability to work in shifts including night shifts
• Fast and stable wired internet connection (at least 16/10 Mbps) and a smartphone if working remotely

• Remote work available in Czech Republic after 10 weeks training with financial support and occasional sponsored office visits

• Biweekly schedule pattern including night shifts with six 8.5hour shifts one week and four consecutive days the next week
