Job Description

Overview:

The Human Resource Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment employee relations training and compliance with labor laws. They contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure the organizations workforce operates effectively and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the recruitment process from identifying staffing needs to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Implement and manage employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Handle employee relations issues with a focus on conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
  • Participate in strategic planning and development of HR initiatives to align with organizational goals.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Oversee compliance with labor regulations and ensure a safe workplace environment.
  • Manage HR data and provide meaningful HR metrics and reports to support business decisions.
  • Conduct investigations and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle the administration of compensation and benefits.
  • Lead and develop an HR team to ensure efficient workflow and highperformance standards.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of organizational strategies and policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve complex HR issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a highperformance HR team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Detailoriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP or PHR) is a plus.
