Job Description

Position Executive Assistant .

Salary upto 25k .
Location Kirti nagar 110015 Delhi

Overview:

The role of an Executive Assistant to the CEO is vital to the organization as it involves providing highlevel administrative support to the CEO coordinating executive communications and managing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar including scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate executive communications including answering calls responding to emails and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefs agendas and presentations for CEOs meetings and engagements.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events and functions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the executive team and across departments.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration management or relevant field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive problemsolving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
