Payroll Executive

Overview

Key responsibilities

• Process and administer payroll for employees on a regular basis
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages tax withholdings and deductions
• Address and resolve payrollrelated inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with HR to update and maintain employee payroll records
• Prepare and submit payroll reports for review and approval
• Utilize payroll software SAP to manage payroll processing efficiently
• Verify timesheets and attendance records for payroll accuracy
• Handle Full & Final Settlement
• Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field
• Proven work experience as a payroll coordinator administrator or similar role
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations tax laws and compliance
• Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Office especially Excel
• Excellent mathematical and numerical skills for accurate calculations
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Working knowledge in Zing HR
• Work Experience in Facility Industry preferred
