Overview
As a Payroll Executive you will play a crucial role in managing the payroll process and ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees. . Payroll Executives work closely with finance HR and other departments to guarantee seamless operations and transparency in payroll matters.
Key responsibilities
- Process and administer payroll for employees on a regular basis
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages tax withholdings and deductions
- Address and resolve payrollrelated inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with HR to update and maintain employee payroll records
- Prepare and submit payroll reports for review and approval
- Utilize payroll software SAP to manage payroll processing efficiently
- Verify timesheets and attendance records for payroll accuracy
- Handle Full & Final Settlement
- Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a payroll coordinator administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations tax laws and compliance
- Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Office especially Excel
- Excellent mathematical and numerical skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Working knowledge in Zing HR
- Work Experience in Facility Industry preferred
