Job Description

Overview:

The MIS Executive plays a critical role in the organization by ensuring the efficient management of information systems and effectively utilizing data for decisionmaking. They are responsible for maintaining databases generating reports and providing valuable insights to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the organizations databases
  • Generate and distribute regular and adhoc reports
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and workflows
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving database issues
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand data requirements
  • Implement data management best practices
  • Conduct data quality checks and audits
  • Assist in the integration of new data sources
  • Stay updated with technological advancements in database management
  • Support in the development and maintenance of datadriven applications
  • Train and assist staff in utilizing database systems
  • Contribute to process improvements for data management
  • Participate in strategic planning and decisionmaking processes based on data insights

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
  • Proven experience in database management and data analysis
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting
  • Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and tools
  • Familiarity with data management best practices and standards
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and communicate effectively
  • Experience in data quality assurance and control
  • Knowledge of data modeling and schema design
  • Familiarity with data governance principles
  • Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
  • Certifications in database management or relevant technologies is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technology and business needs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Preferably from Facility Management background
