Your Role:
Help customers through phone email or chat channels.
Be the voice of Multrix by providing product and service information.
Gather feedback and contribute to improving our services.
Collaborate with your team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Fluency in Kannada Tamil Telugu or Malayalam along with Hindi or English.
Excellent communication skills and a customerfirst approach.
Previous customer service experience is a bonus but passion and a positive attitude are what we value most.
