Job Description
Position MIS Executive.
Location Mumbai 400099 ville Parle East.
*Immediate Joiners preferred
Salary Upto 34000/ Per Month.
Note Please apply only if you can commute to the Budget and Location.
Job Summary:
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing the company s data systems and providing accurate timely reports that help optimize production inventory and sales processes. This role supports the business by ensuring data integrity coordinating with various departments and streamlining data workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect manage and analyze data related to production sales and inventory.
- Generate daily weekly and monthly reports for management to support decisionmaking.
- Maintain and update the company s MIS database ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline data collection and entry processes.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements.
- Assist in automating routine reports to improve efficiency.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security within the MIS system.
- Support IT functions related to the MIS including software upgrades and training for staff.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of Advance Excel .
- Knowledge of ERP or MIS software and database management.
- Previous experience in the textile industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
