Overview:
The Human Resources Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the human resources activities within the organization ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies policies and programs. They are responsible for supporting the companys goals and objectives by effectively managing employee relations talent acquisition performance management and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Managing and overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process
- Handling employee relations counseling and conflict resolution
- Designing and implementing compensation and benefits packages
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and HR policies
- Leading performance management processes and initiatives
- Identifying and addressing training and development needs
- Managing HRIS and employee data
- Overseeing health and safety procedures
- Conducting regular employee engagement initiatives
- Managing disciplinary issues and terminations
- Developing and analyzing HR metrics to support business objectives
- Participating in strategic planning and decisionmaking processes
- Leading diversity and inclusion initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an HR manager or similar role
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of HRIS and HR analytics
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Certification such as PHR or SPHR is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention
