We are seeking a creative and resultsdriven Brand Manager to lead and enhance the brand s presence across diverse markets.
Job Summary:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness drive customer engagement and increase market share. This role will work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and product development to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and engagement.
- Analyze market trends customer insights and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
- Lead the creation of marketing content including digital social media print and instore materials.
- Oversee brand consistency across all marketing and communications materials.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align branding with product launches.
- Manage partnerships sponsorships and influencer marketing programs to promote brand initiatives.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and develop actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Lead market research to identify new opportunities and ensure brand relevance.
- Manage budgets and ensure the efficient allocation of resources across marketing initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication presentation and project management skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing social media and content marketing.
- Knowledge of market research tools and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
