Role & responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives providing coaching and support.
  • Drive sales through direct customer interaction and establishing relationships with potential clients.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and aftersales support to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on product promotion and customer outreach.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to improve the shopping experience.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
