Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between physicians patients referral sources and employees.
• Oversee nursing operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Prepare and manage monthly reports related to nursing operations and patient care.
• Support the organization s philosophy of care and promote a positive work environment.
• Supervise the nursing management team and provide guidance in patient care services.

MustHaves:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
• Prior Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Health experience.
• Ability to serve as a liaison between physicians patients referral sources and employees.
• Experience preparing and managing monthly reports.

• Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility with direct experience working with chemical dependency dual diagnosis psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred. Experience in patient assessments family motivations treatment planning and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities. Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
