Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (KPO)
Company Name : Testeem Solutions
Experience: 5 Years
Location: Onsite
Timing: 5 pm to 2 am

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in
generating leads and growing business in the outsourcing industry for US market. The
ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing strategies for lead
generation leading marketing team and will have a deep understanding of the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a lead generation strategy to identify and qualify potential
clients in the US market.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay upto
date with industry trends.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective
communication and regular followups.
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Efficient in email marketing (content writing and approvals) and harness social
media to market the services.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of revenue
targets.
Work closely with internal teams including marketing product and operations to
develop customized solutions to meet clients needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Provide regular reporting on sales performance and lead generation efforts.
Represent the company at industry events webinars and conferences to generate
leads and increase brand awareness.
Collaboration and Teamwork

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Must Have 0305 Years of Experience in Outsourcing Industry(KPO/BPO/RPO/IT)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and leading the marketing department
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Market knowledge about US Business Houses and CPA Firms/ CA firms
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer
needs.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling & networking
Proficiency in use of websites and social media handles.
