Job Description

Overview

The Regional Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding the market reach of the organization within a specific geographic region. This role is pivotal in devising and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and foster strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the assigned region
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve set objectives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to develop insights and make informed strategic decisions
  • Provide regular sales forecasts budgets and reports to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development for the sales team
  • Participate in industry events conferences and trade shows to represent the company and expand network
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; Masters degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in a sales management role with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities
  • Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and market trends
  • Capability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
