Overview

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the assigned region
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve set objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop insights and make informed strategic decisions
- Provide regular sales forecasts budgets and reports to senior management

Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; Masters degree is a plus
- Proven experience in a sales management role with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
