Overview:
The Manager of Export Transactions plays a crucial role in the Building Material Industry company overseeing the export activities ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to the companys global market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
To support AVP Accounts in the delivery of corporate tasks and objectives
Provide support in Quarterly LR and Yearly audit documentation.
Align Plant and HO team for preparing details for Income Tax audit/Filing of tax responses.
Monthly Financial Accounts Preparation including Indian Subsidiaries
Preparation of MIS Reports Including Indian Subsidiaries
To support Statutory audit & Consolidation of Subsidiary Accounts
Knowledge of Dealing with Statutory and Internal Auditors
Other Ad hoc duties assigned time to time.
Preparation of monthly reports required by other departments
Scrutiny of Ledgers follow up with plants and team for knocking off the balances and settlement of pending provisions.
Preparation of Group company financials on periodic basis.
Capitalization of Fixed assets / project capitalization.

Desired Skills:
- Chartered Accountant with 4 or more years of experience with Corporate office of listed company or CA firm having audit of Listed Company
- Experience in Preparation of Financial Accounts Consolidation of listed entity.
- Working knowledge of Ind AS and IFC.
- Knowledge and handson experience in SAP.
- A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
- Results and service oriented individual who possesses initiative and the ability to communicate effectively with all level of staff
- Committed meticulous organized and resourceful with positive work attitude.
- Have the maturity and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with both internal and external parties
