Key roles and responsibilities
1. Impact with Design:
Internal
Identify new opportunities evaluate the market needs with User research.
Convert complex business problems into simple product features which engage users.
Efficient Plan and manage all stages of the design process with multiple teams.
Comfortably manage multiple projects simultaneously with the best turnaround time
Work closely with product engineers and senior leadership team to suggest.
improvements for products design and product growth.
2. Develop Agile Design:
Adapt & build the Brand Guidelines with design system in an efficient way.
Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
Templatize the monotony and smartly prioritize the Value driven projects for the team.
Develop techniques and processes which lead to effective prototypes testing and QA
(Quality Assurance) of design.
Set transparent communication within the team tech group and leaders to build the
best product without any flaws
3. Proactive measures
Utilize iterative prototyping to test and refine design iterations rapidly allowing for
quick adjustments based on user interaction and feedback.
Leverage data analytics and user behavior metrics to inform design decisions identifying
patterns and opportunities for optimization.
4. Be Curious & Creative
Continuously improve the existing designs with growth and experimentation mindset
Contribute creatively to complex problems with the help of other teams and leaders.
Stay ahead in design thinking by actively learning and researching.
Develop the brand repository which is an inspiration for design system layout
composition graphics etc.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (34 years) in all phases of the design process including user
research copywriting wireframing prototyping visual design interaction design and
usability testing.
Minimum 3 years as a Product designer
A bachelors or masters degree in related field
Should be highly creative and have an impressive portfolio of design projects
Proven experience on Adobe Suite proficiency in Adobe xd and sigma
Good team player who has effective communication skills to articulate and persuade
various stakeholders
