Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Marketing & Communications in Mysuru India. In this role you will lead design projects collaborate with crossfunctional teams and contribute to our overall marketing and communications strategy.
- Develop and execute creative design concepts for various marketing materials including digital and print assets
- Manage and mentor a team of junior designers providing guidance and feedback on their work
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Lead the visual aspects of marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and highquality output
- Present design concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders and senior management
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into our marketing efforts
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines
- Analyze the effectiveness of design elements in marketing campaigns and make datadriven recommendations for improvement
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts Marketing or a related field
- 35 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout
- Experience in marketing and communications with knowledge of branding and corporate identity
- Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven leadership experience preferably in a creative team environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
- Experience with UI/UX design for websites and mobile applications is a plus
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is desirable
