Job Description
Role: Senior Manager Finance & Accounts
- Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 48 years of experience
- Location: Thane Mumbai

Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements for the group ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
- Manage the timely submission of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports while enhancing reporting systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate financial and operational controls ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison with external auditors managing the entire audit process including preparing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries.
- Analyze financial performance and provides strategic insights and recommendations to improve overall financial health.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards across the organization while developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of high performance continuous improvement and professional development.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 48 years of experience
- 5 years experience in MIS monthly closing and Reporting
- Strong Financial acumen and analytical skills
- Experience in book closing and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- ERP Systems (SAP Oracle)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
