Job Description

Overview

As a Business Development Executive your role is crucial in driving the growth and profitability of the organization through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to expand the companys customer base and achieve sustainable financial success.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients or partners to develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers in the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients leveraging the companys products or services.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends competitive activities and potential areas for expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations or proposals to demonstrate the value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Utilize networking and prospecting techniques to create a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to drive business growth.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends best practices and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business development team.
  • Participate in trade shows conferences and industry events to represent the company and expand its network.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance market insights and competitor activities.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of longterm strategic plans and initiatives for business expansion.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in business development sales or related roles within the industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools to track and manage leads and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business prospects.
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills with a focus on delivering value to clients and the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and sound decisionmaking capabilities in complex business environments.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated individual with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape industry trends and best practices.
  • Professional demeanor with a customercentric approach to business development.
  • Experience in presenting and pitching business solutions to diverse audiences.

Working Days : 6 Days (MondaySaturday)
