Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visual concepts and solutions for various platforms
- Design and develop UI/UX elements such as wireframes prototypes and mockups
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements
- Conduct user research and translate findings into design improvements
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic and UI/UX design
- Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders
- Optimize designs for mobile and responsive layouts
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- Test evaluate and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Participate in the development and implementation of design standards
- Contribute to the creation of style guides and design documentation
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design UI/UX Design or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or UI/UX Designer
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign XD)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and processes
- Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g. Sketch Figma InVision)
- Knowledge of typography color theory and layout principles
- Understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies
- Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively
- Experience with frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback
- Keen attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics
- Uptodate knowledge of design trends and technologies
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
