Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Software Engineer (JavaScript and Flask) to join our team. As a full stack engineer you will contribute to all layers of our product ensuring a cohesive and performant experience. From crafting seamless user interfaces to building robust backend systems
Responsibilities:
- Help define the roadmap and architecture to support business and technology goals.
- Develop and maintain backend services that handle largescale data processing and integration with LLMs.
- Design build and test frontend components that enhance user workflows.
- Enhance the performance scalability and reliability of the platform.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Contribute to hiring and mentoring other engineers.
Requirements
- 4 years of professional experience in software development preferably in a startup environment.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with backend frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
- Handson experience with frontend development using JavaScript and Next.js.
- Strong understanding of system design and scalability.
- Experience deploying and maintaining applications on platforms like Fly.io or similar cloud services.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
Bonus:
- Exposure to machine learning workflows or LLMs.

- Figma and design.
