We are seeking a highly skilled Section Manager with expertise in Engine Assembly and Engine Testing coming from a strong production background. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience with the ability to extend up to 12 years working with reputable organizations.

As a Section Manager you will be responsible for overseeing engine assembly operations ensuring efficiency quality and adherence to production standards. You will manage the engine testing process ensuring that all engines meet the required specifications and performance benchmarks. In this role you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including production quality control and engineering to drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high operational standards.

Key responsibilities include managing daily operations troubleshooting technical issues optimizing processes and leading a team to achieve production targets. Strong leadership problemsolving skills and technical expertise in engine systems are essential for success in this role.
