Overview:
The Recruitment Executive plays a critical role in the organization by spearheading the talent acquisition process ensuring the recruitment of qualified and competent individuals to meet the companys staffing needs. They are responsible for executing recruiting strategies sourcing candidates and managing the entire recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract highquality candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals social media and professional networks.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize HRIS and ATS to track and manage candidate data and recruitment metrics.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment activities and progress.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and recruiting techniques.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for talent acquisition.
- Solid decisionmaking and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Capability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Working experience with Manpower Consultant or in Facility Industry preferred
