Job Description

Position Title: Senior Property Tax Analyst

Location: Rochester NY

Salary: $80000 $90000

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in accounting or business.
Minimum 3 years experience in property tax or a similar role.
This position requires 34 days per week onsite presence in Rochester NY.

The Senior Property Tax Analyst will be responsible for managing property tax compliance ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns and handling tax assessments and appeals. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of property tax regulations experience with tax research and the ability to analyze complex financial data. Proficiency in tax software and advanced Excel skills are preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines. Effective communication and teamwork skills are key as this role will collaborate with various internal departments and external tax authorities.
