HR Executive

Position : Senior HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
• Support employee relations by handling grievances disputes and implementing disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain and update HRIS systems and databases to ensure accurate employee records and efficient data management.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations company policies and best HR practices.
• Assist in performance management processes including appraisals feedback and development plans.
• Oversee employee benefits administration and provide support during open enrollment periods.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on various HRrelated topics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in creating and implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for senior management.
