Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule the production in order to ensure maximum utilization of machines.
Planed production control activities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality timely delivery and costeffectiveness.
Create RMR report for the new project which includes total costing including raw material power consumable manpower handling rework etc. (Total cost for the project)
Material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level.
Planned Scheduled and monitored material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.
Track material shortages and provide immediate resolution.
Assist purchasing unit in coordinating and planning supplier deliveries.
Identify new suppliers and manage existing suppliers to meet production needs.
Maintaining the critical spares of machine for External and Internal coating.
Monitor inventory status and generate inventory reports.
Perform the accurate timely and costeffective identification and records of project material status including requisitioning purchasing receiving preservation and issuing of material and equipment required to support the EPC efforts and work face planning
Generate daily reports of production overview factory late orders current revenue and on hand inventory to upper management.
Analyzed and review BOM against actual usage to ensure accuracy for safety stock and stock levels.
Release the production orders and monitor the production progress against scheduling needs.
Analyze the capacity of work centers and create routes for different product types and orders.
3LPE coating and Internal coating production and planning
Perform the accurate timely and costeffective identification and records of project material status including requisitioning purchasing receiving preservation and issuing of material and equipment required to support the EPC efforts and work face planning.
Supervise Production team to manage and execute production projects.
Work with the team to plan schedule and perform production activities.
Determine equipment material and manpower requirements for project .
Monitor production activities and adjust scheduling for ontime deliver.
Participate in plant performance audits as per set guidelines.
