Position : Executive Assistant to MD
Location : Gurugram Sector 7
Salary : Upto 4.5 lpa
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives schedule including prioritizing appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for executives business trips.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents.
- Conduct research compile data and prepare reports for the executive s review.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails inquiries and phone calls.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings conferences and events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain executives files records and documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Facilitate effective communication between the executive and other team members or external parties.
- Provide administrative support such as managing expense reports processing invoices and coordinating office supplies.
- Manage special projects and adhoc assignments as directed by the executive.
- Ensure smooth coordination and communication within the executives office and other departments.
