Responsibilities
Role Overview: As a Field Sales Executive your primary responsibility is to manage and expand the customer base within the assigned region/zone. This involves maintaining customer databases achieving sales targets conducting customer visits and ensuring the effective implementation of the companys branding strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Database Management: a. Categorize customers based on status (Existing/New/Dormant) and business size (Large/Medium/Small). b. Regularly update the sales diary and/or company CRM software with daily work data. Daily reporting is mandatory at 100%.
Customer Visits: a. Achieve daily customer visit targets (minimum 1015 completed visits/day). b. Follow a structured plan for customer visits to maximize efficiency and outcomes.
New Customer Acquisition: a. Visit and follow up with assigned inbound leads converting them into customers/orders. b. Research potential customers/dealers in each market and plan visits accordingly. c. Organize demo meetings for prospective/new customers as per the monthly plan. d. Achieve weekly new customer acquisition targets as assigned.
Order Targets: a. Achieve monthly order targets as assigned. b. Coordinate with the Customer Service Team to provide support to new customers ensuring quarterly order growth. c. Be responsible for achieving order targets for the region/zone.
Demo Meetings: a. Achieve demo meetings targets as assigned showcasing the companys products/services to potential customers.
Branding and Market Reporting: a. Ensure the companys branding is effectively implemented in the assigned region/zone and its markets. b. Report market trends and competitor information to management.
Existing Customers: a. Coordinate with the Customer Service Team to plan support for existing customers. b. Be responsible for achieving order targets for existing customers in the region/zone. c. Follow up with dormant customers and reactivate business according to the target plan. d. Upsell new products to existing customers to increase order size as per target.
Stock and Display: a. Ensure proper stock and display at new and existing counters. b. Ensure company branding is implemented at each counter as per the promotion plan.
Qualifications and Skills:
Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales in similar industry is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems is beneficial.
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Valid driver s license and own vehicle preferred (petrol allowance will be provided).
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday.
