Responsibilities
- Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment plans based on their financial situation and company policies.
- Update the recovery system with customer interactions and payment arrangements.
- Provide professional and empathetic service to address any customer inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English with no major MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence). Grammatical and pronunciation accuracy is essential.
- Education: Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience: Both experienced professionals and freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
