Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekdays clients

Position: Sales Engineer
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Location: Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai / Delhi / Gurgaon
Shift: Day Shift
Notice Period: 30 days or less

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed technocommercial offers based on cost analysis.
  • Engage with contractors consultants clients PMCs and architects to promote products and generate inquiries.
  • Work with stakeholders to secure product approvals and ensure inclusion in vendor lists.
  • Drive the generation of sales inquiries by building strong relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how our products meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical support and product education to clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with the production and design teams to create custommade product solutions.
  • Coordinate between customers and production teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Follow up on purchase orders and provide necessary details to the production team.
  • Ensure production timelines align with project schedules and customer expectations.
  • Manage and track payments to maintain proper Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Promote the company s existing brands and introduce new products to the market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits understanding their needs and anticipating new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends by attending educational events conferences and workshops and maintaining a professional network.

This role requires strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills along with technical expertise to ensure effective collaboration with both customers and internal teams.
