Project Manager - Residential Projects - Interior Finishing - Nungambakkam

We are hiring Project Manager for a leading Builder

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets
• Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitor and report on project progress risks and issues to stakeholders
• Manage project resources including labor materials and equipment
• Implement and maintain effective project communication and documentation
• Resolve projectrelated conflicts and issues in a proactive and professional manner
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to plans
• Prepare and present regular project reports to management and clients
• Participate in the project budgeting forecasting and cost control processes
• Ensure timely project delivery and handover meeting all quality and safety standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices
• Manage and motivate project team members to achieve project goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and industry regulations
• Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Sound understanding of budgeting cost control and financial management
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Nungambakkam
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Keen attention to detail and quality
• Flexibility to work onsite and manage project teams effectively
