Role & responsibilities
- Create & implement along with Leadership team effective marketing strategies to promote Group projects; ensuring alignment with the expected outcomes.
- Oversee the planning and performance of marketing campaigns (Digital print & outdoor advertisement)
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape and provide insights to marketing strategies
- Responsible to create of engaging content for various platforms including social media websites and email marketing.
- Develop and execute strategies and campaigns for social media and performance marketing Manage the marketing budget ensuring costeffective use of resources and maximizing ROI
- Manage creation of brochures sales kits leaflets banners digital marketing materials videos etc
- Plan and execute all events and roadshows to promote the brand
- Oversee paid digital advertising campaigns including paid social media and Google Ads and create reports for the Managements review to share.
- Coordinate with Finance for Vendor payments
- Create Performance Evaluation mechanism for various marketing vendors and present to the Management
- Manage CRM and digital presence
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution ( IIM / ISB)
- 6 to 8 years in Marketing
- Excellent Communication skills Presentation Skills Creative mindset Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks
