Job Description: Product Development & Innovation Officer (PDIO)

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Define and lead the product development strategy aligned with the companys vision and market opportunities.
• Create and manage the product roadmap ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
• Identify new product opportunities and innovative features to maintain a competitive edge.

1. Innovation & Market Research:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive products.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to address market gaps and enhance user experience.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the product development team encouraging creativity and experimentation.

1. Product Design & Development:

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept and prototyping to launch and iteration.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering marketing and design to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Ensure that product designs meet quality usability and scalability standards.

1. Customer Feedback & Iteration:

• Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product features and usability.
• Implement an iterative development process focusing on customer satisfaction and rapid improvement.
• Collaborate with customer support and sales teams to align product features with customer needs.

1. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead a small team of product developers and designers providing guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with other Clevel executives to align product initiatives with overall business strategy.
• Ensure smooth communication between teams to ensure product goals are met on time.

1. Product Launch & GoToMarket:

• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute gotomarket strategies for new products.
• Manage product launch activities ensuring all teams are aligned and the launch is successful.
• Monitor postlaunch performance and customer adoption iterating as necessary.

• Experience: 8 years in product development and innovation with a proven track record of launching successful products.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management market research and customer experience.
• Experience working in a startup or fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Handson approach with the ability to lead product initiatives from start to finish.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across teams.

• EquityOnly: This role is equitybased until funding is secured.
• FullTime Compensation: Postfunding the role will transition to fulltime with competitive salary and benefits.
