Jar also effortlessly facilitates investments by enabling users to save while they spend utilizing our roundoff method like a digital piggy bank.
Founded by Misbah Ashraf former founder of communityfocused ecommerce platform Marsplay and Nishchay AG former director and founding member at mobility startup Bounce Jars unwavering mission is to shatter psychological barriers to saving and investing thus spearheading the Financial Fitness revolution for Bharat.

Neks wide collection of silver and gold jewelry is made with meticulous artisanship to celebrate you and find the magic in every occasion.
Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Management:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and finished products.
- Optimize the supply chain process to reduce lead times and costs while maintaining product quality.
2. Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by overseeing the stocking and replenishment of products.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse stock to identify discrepancies and resolve inventory issues.
- Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
3. Order Management:
- Oversee endtoend order processing ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
- Track and resolve any order discrepancies customer complaints or returns.
4. Invoicing & Documentation:
- Generate and review invoices for accuracy ensuring all customer orders are billed correctly.
- Maintain organized records of all sales transactions and inventory movements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment processing and reporting.
5. Warehouse Operations:
- Monitor warehousing activities ensuring optimal storage conditions for jewelry items.
- Implement best practices for warehouse management including stock organization and security protocols.
- Manage relationships with thirdparty logistics providers for warehousing and distribution.
6. Data Management & Reporting:
- Analyse sales data inventory levels and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) including order fulfilment rates inventory turnover and customer satisfaction.
7. Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in the operations workflow and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
- Implement automation tools to streamline ecommerce processes reducing manual work and errors.
Qualifications
- Any degree
- Proficient in any spreadsheet software specifically google sheets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities comfortable working in a crossfunctional environment.
