Overview:
The International Business Development Executive/Manager for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or Virtual Assistant (VA) plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the organizations recruitment solutions globally. They are responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities with international clients and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the companys market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys international client base for RPO and VA services.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels such as networking cold calling and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients understanding their talent acquisition needs and offering tailored RPO and VA solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment solutions and exceed client expectations.
- Lead negotiations contract discussions and pricing agreements with international clients while maximizing profitability.
- Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations proposals and pitches to potential international clients.
- Participate in industry events conferences and trade shows to enhance the companys brand visibility and network with potential clients.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline forecast sales and generate regular reports on sales activities and achievements.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote RPO and VA services in international markets.
- Provide exceptional client service address inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns to maintain longterm client partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to adapt offerings to international client needs and feedback.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of international business development efforts and make datadriven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations laws and business standards in all client dealings and operations.
- Represent the organization as a knowledgeable and reputable partner in the RPO and VA space within international markets.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in international sales business development or client management preferably within the RPO VA or recruitment industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a global context.
- Strong understanding of RPO and VA solutions recruitment processes and industry best practices in international markets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with international clients.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends analyze competitor activities and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Proactive and resultsoriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools sales management software and MS Office applications for sales reporting and documentation.
- Ability to travel internationally for client meetings conferences and industry events as required.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to assess client needs and propose tailored RPO and VA solutions.
- High level of cultural awareness and adaptability to work effectively across international markets and diverse client segments.
- Experience in collaborating with crossfunctional teams and leveraging internal resources to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Demonstrated integrity professionalism and ethical conduct in all business dealings and client relationships.
- Certification in international sales business development or related disciplines is a plus.
- Fluency in additional languages besides English is an advantage for engaging with international clients.
