They are seeking an experienced HR professional to drive organizational change and move the company from a family business model to a more professional enterprise. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR expertise and a proven track record in multinational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the HR function ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Drive the cultural transformation of the organization transitioning from a family business approach to a professional enterprise.
• Implement and sustain best HR practices to enhance talent management employee engagement and operational efficiency.
• Oversee and improve key HR functions including:
• Talent Management: Attraction retention and development of key talent.
• Organizational Development: Streamlining and structuring teams for optimal performance.
• Business Transformation & Change Management: Leading HRrelated aspects of business change and transformation initiatives.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Identifying and securing top talent to drive company growth.
• Compensation & Benefits: Ensuring competitive fair and motivating packages across the company.
• Industrial Relations: Managing labor relations and compliance with regulations particularly in the manufacturing environment.
• Act as a strategic business partner advising senior leadership on HRrelated matters and aligning HR strategies with business needs.
Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a General Manager HR or HR Director in a multinational company ideally within the manufacturing sector.
• Expertise in leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Strong background in HR best practices including talent management recruitment compensation & benefits and industrial relations.
• Experience in managing HR within a factory setting is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide both management and staff through periods of change.
• Mature and seasoned professional with a focus on HR strategy and ; candidates in their late 40s or 50s are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
