Job Description
Our client is a rapidly growing tech company based in Jakarta Indonesia with operations both domestically and internationally. They are looking for a dynamic finance professional to lead their finance and accounting function ensuring sound financial management and compliance as the company continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations including cash management financial accounting tax management payment processes budgeting and management reporting.
• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international financial regulations tax laws and accounting standards.
• Manage the budgeting process and provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and forecasts.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the Director and other senior leaders.
• Establish and maintain internal controls ensuring the integrity of financial processes and reporting.
• Manage relationships with external auditors tax consultants and other financial partners.
• Provide insights and analysis to drive operational efficiency and support decisionmaking within the organization.
Key Qualifications:
• Strong background in financial auditing with several years of experience at a major accounting firm).
• Experience working in a tech startup environment is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of financial accounting principles cash management tax management budgeting and management reporting.
• Familiarity with managing both local Indonesian operations and international/overseas operations.
• Proven track record in implementing financial strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and manage crossfunctional financial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is preferred).
