Job Description
Job Description: Technical Marketing Head
Location: Mowa Raipur
Salary:per month
Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years
Candidates Preference: Male
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement technical marketing strategies to promote Sonal Panel products.
- Identify key market segments and tailor marketing approaches to target specific technical audiences.
- Conduct technical presentations webinars and workshops to demonstrate product capabilities and benefits.

Product Expertise:
- Maintain indepth knowledge of Sonal Panel products including specifications features and applications.
- Serve as a technical expert during customer interactions sales pitches and marketing events.
- Collaborate with the R&D and product development teams to stay updated on new product features and advancements.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Analyze technical requirements and feedback from customers to inform product positioning and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop counterstrategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Content Development:
- Create and oversee the development of technical marketing materials such as brochures case studies white papers and product videos.
- Ensure all marketing content effectively communicates technical information in a clear and engaging manner.

Sales Support:
- Provide technical support to the sales team assisting them in understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Participate in customer meetings and negotiations to address technical queries and concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and tenders.

Training and Development:
- Train the sales and marketing teams on the technical aspects of Sonal Panel products.
- Develop training modules and conduct sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Event Management:
- Plan and manage technical marketing events including product launches trade shows and industry conferences.
- Coordinate with event organizers vendors and partners to ensure successful .
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in a technical marketing or related role preferably in the renewable energy or panel industry.
- Strong technical understanding of Sonal Panel products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful technical marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools CRM software and MS Office.
