Leveraging the strength of a wellestablished partnership model the company offers fully digitalized personal loans and PointOfSale (POS) loans. Customers can complete the entire application and origination process online within our partners ecosystems providing a seamless userfriendly experience.

As VP Project Head Consumer Lending Business you will oversee and drive the process of our consumer lending product with primary responsibilities here.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Strategic Alliances:

  • Develop and drive highvalue partnerships and alliances that enhance the consumer lending portfolio.
  • Identify and execute strategic initiatives such as crosssell opportunities insurance and other complementary products to increase fee income.
  • Align potential partner value propositions with the companys business roadmap.
  • Lead initiatives to create demand including opportunity sizing diverse lead generation and developing outbound and inbound campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Executive Management and departmental leadership to align business objectives and ensure seamless goal .
  • Facilitate strong partnerships and collaboration between key vendors service providers and internal crossfunctional teams for effective project implementation.

Project Management & :

  • Define project scope goals deliverables and timelines based on product requirements and business objectives.
  • Develop detailed comprehensive project plans that align with expected deliverables and adjust for changes in scope schedule and costs as necessary.
  • Apply industryleading practices local regulations and bestinclass project management techniques throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance and analyze results to ensure the successful achievement of both shortterm and longterm project goals.
  • Use datadriven tools and techniques to measure project performance identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure seamless operational handover and smooth project postlaunch.
  • Maintain strong relationship management through close collaboration with channel partners and internal stakeholders troubleshooting issues during project integration and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Economics or a related field.
  • Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
  • 10 15 years of proven experience in NBFCs Fintech or Banking Services with a strong focus on consumer lending.
  • Minimum of 4 5 years of experience in the lending or fintech space within Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging technology data analytics and digital solutions to grow business portfolios and achieve strategic objectives.

  • Strong leadership in digital finance projects and consumer lending.
  • Expertise in partnership ecosystems understanding how to unlock value in various stages.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies tools and techniques.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills to effectively manage crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Datadriven decisionmaking skills with a focus on performance measurement and continuous improvement.
