IT Apps Team Lead/ Manager Custom Apps Operations Team

The Team Leader/Manager will manage the Custom Application Operations Team. This team supports all inhouse custombuilt applications developed in Microsoft .Net Technologies. This position will manage a team of 812 members.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology or a related field

* Technical certifications preferred.

* Five (5) years of experience as a Technical lead.NET developer

* Five (5) years of experience in an IT management role IT Supervisor role IT technical lead role

* Two (2) years of experience in a Project management role (This is not for a project manager role; it is a role for a manager/technical lead; however knowledge of projects/portfolio management is preferred.)

Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior Database Administrator, with a focus on Data Warehouse and Data Lake environments Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. - Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and related ecosystems (e.g., Hive, HBase, Kafka). - Proficiency in SQL programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation and data manipulation tasks. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments. - Industry certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or Cloudera Certified Professional (CCP) are a plus.
