Job Description
Provide services for customers of a medical device company developing and marketing insulin infusion system. Their goal is improving the lives of people with diabetes and other conditions through its Omnipod delivery system. You will be providing services for Germanspeaking clients of the company.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer contact via phone and email
- Assistance with ordering and shipping
- Ordering the device but not the active substance
- Orders based on medical prescriptions
- Orders of test or demo kits
- Resolving questions regarding payment processes.
Requirements:
- German level at least C1
- Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Offer:
- Salary 1598 gross month
- Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
Relocation package:
- Airport pickup and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
- Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
- Accommodation in the city discounted from the salary then salary would be 1030 euros gross
- Integration activities: Portuguese lessons sports and other opportunities for integration
