Job Description
Develop and implement a data literacy framework that aligns with the goals of the organization.
Coordinate change initiatives across the organization ensuring clear and cohesive communication.
Design and deliver comprehensive training to enhance data and analytical skills among employees.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in scaling data literacy programs
Experience in designing and implementing largescale change programs ideally focused on data literacy or digital transformation
Familiarity with data governance and analytics tools
Solid experience in change management and organizational learning frameworks supporting both individual and organizational development
Bachelor s degree
Fluent in English (Dutch or German is a plus)
Preferred:
Experience with SAFe Agile or Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of adult learning practices
