Job Description
Your mission
We are currently looking for a Business Controllerfor our team based in Haaksbergen The Netherlands.
As an effective Business Controller you will actively plan participate and account for key financial decisions and metrics in the company. You will actively provide expert opinion on financial business and strategic matters.
As a Business Controller you will work together with our finance department to streamline administrative processes provide financial insight administer budgets and manage financial risks. You will be responsible for the financial conscience of the organization: guarding and leading the planning and control cycle deliver confidential steering information for the company. You report to the CEO.
Key responsibilities
- Create and monitor strategic tactical and operational financial plans.
- Managing insurance finance and patent constructs.
- Guarding the financial planning on strategical tactical and operational level.
- Consolidating monthly financial data for five legal entities
- Financial budgeting and forecasting.
- Preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Monitor and control cost across the organization.
- Manage cash flows.
- Identifying deviations from forecasts and coming up with recommendations.
- Improve on financial processes documentation and provide needed financial information.
- Reporting to TKH Group whilst implementing IFRS regulations and designing ERP package.
- Participation during sales tenders.
- Managing the financial team (2 FTE).
- Assisting the board sharing knowledge and acting as a organizational role model.
Your profile
- MSc. in Finance Accounting RA RC or similar.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
- Showing extensive finance or accounting experience
- Demonstrating management skills
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
