AG Hotels Group is looking for an experienced housekeeper for our hotel in London The Crown Hotel. We are looking for a housekeeper who can also multi task occasionally across other departments. This role involves physically demanding tasks that require strength stamina and attention to detail.
You would be responsible for following activities on a daytoday basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Bedrooms and common areas are prepared for guests in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Ensuring any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved with the help of maintenance team
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
- Assisting guests with any queries and complaints
- Leading yourself your team and engaging in continuous professional development
- Any other reasonable work as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role will be preferred
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of cleaning products equipment and techniques.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Flexibility to work in different environments including indoors and outdoors.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work any shifts between 95
