Ensure target fulfilment of Service contract renewals
Plan and execute aggressive Service Sales drives/camps for upselling & crossselling of highend service plans retrofit proposals and Value Added Offers
Identify and recommend service acquisitions for Zone / SVC Inorganic growth
Develop trustful and relevant relationships to dormakaba customers
Provide market and competition feedback to superiors from time to time with recommendations for increasing service
Responsible for collections ACM Revenue and AMC contract renewals for direct accounts assigned to him as part of National Key Accounting
Responsibilities for Business Results (expected Added Value Objectives KPIs):
Year on year improvement in service turnover and margins
Number of new clients new projects service contract renewals winning competitor s share

35 years experience in facility mgmt. service sales from relevant industry
Advanced commercial & contracts mgmt. Basic knowledge on competition products & solutions.
Advanced knowledge about assigned territory / geography
