Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Screening: Identify screen and shortlist highly qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate HR interviews and assessments.
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate offers and manage the entire recruitment process.
- Talent Pipeline Building: Cultivate a robust talent pipeline for future needs.
