Job Description
This analyst must have high level understanding of HR information systems tools and technologies. The analyst should have functional experience and understanding of standard and specialized HR business events. Ideal candidate will be 80% Functional/20% Technical.
Requirement/Responsibilities:
- 7 years PeopleSoft experience with functional design and configuration of HCM solutions. An emphasis in HCM including Absence Management Benefits and MSS/ESS.
- 5 years and/or 2 full life cycle implementations at a Higher Education/Public Sector/Healthcare client.
- Successfully completed at least (3) PeopleSoft implementations. Recent Oracle PeopleSoft HRMS v9.2 Image 46 experience required.
- Experience with a systems development lifecycle methodology
- Proficiency with Application Designer system integration and data migration tools. Experience with PHIRE required.
