Job Description
Job Title: Senior Data Science Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Data Science Manager to lead our data science team. This role involves overseeing datadriven projects developing innovative solutions and guiding a team of data scientists to drive business growth and decisionmaking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis machine learning and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Develop and implement data science strategies to drive business objectives and solve complex problems.
- Oversee the design and of data models algorithms and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate datadriven insights into business processes and strategies.
- Manage project timelines resources and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a related field.
- Proven experience (7 years) in data science including leadership roles and managing teams.
- Expertise in statistical analysis machine learning and data modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or SQL.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with senior stakeholders.
